Personally, I'd almost say January or February would be better - those tend to be the months that really get me down, what with the darkness and the cold. Massage combined with full-spectrum light treatment for the SAD sufferers? :)
That would be pretty much my entire office. We already use full-spectrum lighting in the overhead lights, as otherwise the office would be empty for the entirety of February.
Then, agree to be paid crappily in exchange for a lot of non-cash perks like super-flexible scheduling (in general, and officially as well-- we let people take time off when they need/want to, and then our holiday policy is "pick two days next week, take them off as your Christmas time off. Do the same for the next week as your New Year's time off.") and soft drinks and candy bars.
Then, be bright enough to be able to pick up on things. Which does not seem to be a problem for you.
Sounds a lot like my last job, which I rather enjoyed (apart from eventually getting to the point where I wasn't doing/learning anything new). I'll keep it in mind, should I move to Michigan. Which I don't see as very likely, but you never know. :)
