Y'know, I had an incredibly hectic day today, and now I've got to work five hours until 10:00 this evening. I thought I was going to feel grumpy tonight, but I've actually found myself going out of my way to be nice to people who call or come in today. Maybe it's just that everyone's looking a little down because it's finals week, or maybe I'm just feeling particularly sympathetic to all those folks who, like me, have been rushing around like crazy doing everything at the last minute...
