It went really well, actually! It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I'm only about 66% there, but I got us to Lowe's and back and only mixed up the gears once, and didn't even stall out the car until I pulled it into the garage. :)
Brian did have to get on me about remembering not to ride the clutch. :)
Don't worry, we spent some time in a parking lot first where I stalled out plenty. But eventually I got the idea that letting out the clutch was a gradual thing, rather than an on-off thing, and after that things were much smoother. Figuratively and literally.
