I meant to post this while we were on our honeymoon but then it got buried and I completely forgot about it. For those who are tired of waiting for the professional photos, Brian's mum put together a cute little slideshow of pictures she took. I think they're quite charming.

The pink colour looks good on you :)
Did Brian cut his hair? Or is it done up in a nifty sort of pony tail/braid?

Lovely images indeed :) Grats again!

Both, actually - he cut it to shoulder-length some time ago, and the stylist shaved the under half and braided the over part. It did look pretty neat. Hopefully you'll be able to see it better when the "real" pictures come out. :)

Wow, your house is nice. And the view is gorgeous! Juneau is really pretty.

And Brian in a suit! He cleans up pretty good, no?

Rose in pink is so pretty, and unexpected! I mean, I didn't think pink was your thing.

It's a great wedding that has ducks in attendance!

...a GAZEBO?! I ready weapons!

Dancing on the dock, eh? What was the music?

Brian's mother is a really good photographer. I bet it runs in the family.

So, who caught the bouquet? I bet it was one of the ducks.

Goodness, Alaska is full of natural beauty. You've got a freakin' glacier in view of the park!

On the whole, looks like a lovely time.

Yeah, it's hard to complain about the views pretty much anywhere here. Brian says being a photographer here is almost like cheating - you just step outside, and oh hey! Picture!

I was conflicted about the pink, but I've always had a fondness for that dusty rose color, and it looks good on me (I tend to look best in pinks and reds; blues are fairly neutral and greens make me look sallow).

No one can help you. You must face the gazebo alone.

The music was "Come On Get Higher", by Matt Nathanson. We didn't have a lot of dancing per se, but I guess the first dance is traditional or something.

Monica caught the bouquet. Which I was a bit conflicted about since I'm not a huge fan of her SO, but hey - it's all in good fun. And she promptly distributed the flowers to everyone.

Did she give any to the ducks?

She tried, but they examined it, discovered it wasn't bread, and promptly ignored it.
