Strange people

Just had some dude call us asking to talk to a manager about a "traffic situation", while refusing to give his name. When I told him the manager was unavailable (which was true) and offered his voicemail, the guy got all offended and said he'd try back later, still refusing to leave a name or a message. (While we occasionally have people call to complain about the way one of our technicians is driving, I've never had someone be so weird about it.)

The hilarious thing? He was calling from his cell phone, so his name was right there on the caller ID. I refrained from mentioning it, though. =D
