An article on my insurance company's website:

Premera Blue Cross Ranked Highest in Member Satisfaction Among Health Plans in the Western U.S.

So, translated to real world terms, that comes to roughly:

Premera Blue Cross Named "Least Hated" Among Employee Health Plans in the Western U.S.

I have to admit, most of my experiences with them have been pretty positive. But I've heard plenty of stories from the other end of the spectrum about Premera as well as other companies, and I don't honestly believe that anyone in this country would fill in the "Completely Satisfied" bubble on a survey when asked about their insurance. It's just kind of the nature of the beast - insurance companies (press releases to the contrary) don't care about people, they care about bottom lines.

Let's hear it for unrestrained capitalism at work! Woo!
