For some reason, I'm rather amused that beauty ads are taking ideas from ancient Egyptian artwork...though I suppose Nefertiti would be the logical choice for a cosmetics ad. I wonder if there would be any way for her descendants to sue for likeness rights...

Long necks were, I believe, a sign of beauty in Egypt, so the artist may have exaggerated that feature in the bust (she was the queen, after all). However, Nefertiti was known all through Egypt for her beauty, so perhaps she really did have a neck that long.
