Protein powder != meal. And when taken on a nearly-empty stomach, it will likely make you throw up.

Either that, or I've got a very mild flu bug...at least I don't feel all that hungry anymore.

*wonders if she should see a dietician, as this whole inability-to-eat-consistently thing is starting to become worrisome*

Hm, sounds like the dietician might be an idea. If that's been going on for a while, and it sounds like it has.

Yeah, it's been going on since high school - I may have mentioned before, during my junior year they put me on adderall for borderline ADD and it totally ruined my appetite. I've gotten better at the whole "eating" thing, but when I'm stressed/sick/excited/what have you I have a hard time remembering to eat. It doesn't help that I tend to view cooking/eating as a rather huge waste of time, unless it's for/with somebody else.

Try getting some granola bars to carry around with you. Or apples or something. You don't actually have to eat three meals a day. Just keep yourself from getting hungry. If all you have time to do is snack, then take snacks around with you.
