I just spent about 20 minutes toying with the mind, hormones, and expectations of a 43 year old male before he got fed up and quit.

If it had been in person rather than online, I think I could have stretched it out to a good few hours.

I enjoyed every minute of it.

"Yes" in the sense that I waited for him to come to me (with a screen name like "willing_slave_18_f", it doesn't take long), "no" in the sense that I was totally being myself (including the picture). My word choice and whatnot tends to come off as somewhat intelligent/intimidating/stuck up, but I can counteract this both by using flirtatious/"come hither" body language and always leaving that hook out there. Unfortunately, when all the other person has to go on is a picture (albeit a fairly sexy one), it only goes so far...and eventually, they realize you're jerking them around and leave. It works so much better when you can combine the body language as well. And it's always so much fun to see the look on their face when they realize that you're jerking them around, but they can't look away...;)
