A great big BAH! to cramps on a day when I'm on the upswing, emotionally. But then, it's a helluva lot better than having them on day when life just seems impossible (i.e. two days ago)...having things feel pretty good otherwise makes them a bit more bearable.

Plus I have no music lesson today, so I get to rest/do homework for a few hours between work shifts. Yay.

Am toying with the idea of selling signed prints of pictures of myself in a corset/schoolgirl outfit/etc. as a way to finance my car thing. Dunno if they'd sell all that well, though. It's not like I'm an artist, or anything, they're just pictures of me, and I'm not famous (yet). Ah, well.

Anyway, going to go see if I can dig up my hot water bottle and curl up with some homework reading...

So how big would these prints be? he asked, thoughtfully.

Definitely 8 by 10. 5 by 7 is possible, though it won't be as detailed...and anything smaller won't look decent enough to sell. My printer is nice, but not *that* nice. ;)

Alternatively, I could go through Deviant Art or CafePress. Then I could do nifty mugs with a corset/bitch boots/crop combo on one side and something like "The Librarian Says: Bring Your Books Back On Time!" on the other. But I don't know how much things cost, and I'm not sure I like the idea of having a base price - chances are I'd have to sell things at inflated prices to make any money. But there'd probably be more selection in terms of size and better variety, as well.

CafePress will rip you off. If you're going to do prints, just have them done at Kinko's or a cheap studio nearby. Then do all the shipping and handling yourself.

Definitely; it's mostly a matter of finding a photographer and a place to take pictures. =)

As for how much...if I print them myself, something like $10 for a color 8 by 10 print on photo paper and $12 for a signed print (maybe with a lipstick kiss?). CafePress or DeviantArt would be more, though with more variety, like I said.

It's a thought, but seriously, how much money could I reasonably expect to charge for a picture CD?
