Actually, most of them aren't quizzes - they come from various LJ communities which essentially consist of you posting your picture and people voting on whether you're a "faerie", "ethereal beauty", etc., etc. Mostly BS, really, but hey, if it makes them feel better...

As a side note, I find the contrast between her and her husband's descriptions of each other interesting. Hers: "Joined in eternal matriomony and love to my knight in shining armor, my immortal beloved, my hero, etc., etc., on such-and-such the holiest of days, yadda yadda..." His: "Happily married to a cute irish goth chick named Rose."
