The results of my first personal sewing project in quite some time. It's just a fairly simple black cotton chemise, but I thought it came out rather well. It looks especially good with my black leather corset, which is good, considering that that's what I'd intended it for. Material and bias tape leftover from mother's sewing project; elastic sent along as alternative lacing for same corset but was (obviously) unused. Labor all done by yours truly.

Not having seen the white on black, as you mentioned..I would probably agree with you that the black on black combination works better. Good job!

I admire anyone who can sew because I can't do it to save my life.
