(This entry is mostly aimed at people I know in real life, but if anyone else feels like donating to the cause, I send out my advance thanks. =)

By request, I've put together an Amazon.com wishlist, for those who are interested in sending along a birthday present. Not that it's expected, or anything, and me being me, you're not likely to get much back other than my heartiest thanks - I tend to be horrible at remembering birthdays unless people put them in their blogs or MSN name or something. (So I'm an introvert and a computer geek. So sue me.)

In any case, my birthday season extends all through the month of July, and anything received during that time will be most appreciated. I'm even going to try to send out actual personalized thank-you cards, this year...I've gone through too many years without doing it, and it's the least I can do.

This is kinda weird. I was looking at another community, found one of your posts, and thought you looked familiar. I then came here to your LJ and confirmed that yep, I've seen you at the library :-) You probably don't remember since it was months ago, but I was the one in the long black leather coat and came up to the desk to ask about a new card...Small world!

That's cool. I'm afraid I don't remember, so you'll have to refresh my memory - was this at the UAS Egan Library or the Tuzzy Library here in Barrow? I've worked at three of them now, and I'm guessing it was the former, but...*shrug*

Anyway, thanks for dropping by. Do you have an LJ username?

It was at UAS, but that was back around March/April I think...No LJ for me right now, at least not one that has been updated for quite a long time :-)
