Sunday night, I got fewer than six hours of sleep, and woke up feeling bright and chipper.
Last night, I got more than seven hours of sleep, and woke up feeling incredibly groggy and zombie-fied - even after coffee.
But on the upside, I did run a mile in 11 minutes 15 seconds last night. Which, while still a ways from my goal of 10 minutes, is a definite improvement over my previous twelve-minute-plus times. So my endurance is getting better.
Now I'm embroiled in the long distance billing, searching desperately for a distraction. Any suggestions?
