Friend vs. Friend
Mar. 10th, 2011 09:08 amBrian and I have been promising to take our friend Janae out to Screaming Banshee Pizza for a while now, and since Monica is here this week, we thought it'd be an excellent opportunity for us all to have a nice night out.
It was a perfectly pleasant evening that involved good food and drink, but there was one exchange that totally cracked me up. Monica had made some reference to the fact that she didn't like most alcoholic beverages.
Janae: "You mean you don't drink?"
Monica: "Not a lot, no."
Janae: "...then how did you get to be friends with Rose?"
