Amazon.com has twice now delivered a package to our doorstep within 24 hours of my ordering it.

So why can't the bloody bank seem to send us a set of debit cards within the promised seven to ten business days? That's twice now that we've ordered them. The first time, we got no cards and one PIN (so we at least know they had the address right). This time? Zilch. Nada. Nothing.

On the other hand, one of Amazon's major shipping centers seems to be in Tucson. Next-day shipping (at standard-shipping prices) for the win!
