If anyone knows any good hay fever cures, please speak up. My nose has been running, I've been sneezing and my eyes've been watering for the past two weeks straight, and although I've never had allergies before I can't think of anything else it could be. I'd rather not take antihistamines since they're supposed to make you sleepy and I hate taking drugs anyway except when I can't help it.

Short of cures, does anyone know how long these things usually keep up? I'm getting a bit tired of blowing my nose every five minutes...
