Me: That's the problem, I'm not sure that we did.
Joe: Charge 'em extra! They're fixing my car next week, and I know they're going to charge me extra!
Me: Well, I suppose that's fair...*
*For the record, we have not in fact charged them extra to the best of my knowledge. Fraudulent billing is bad. Very bad. (Even when it's justified. :)
