Also, new J&W quote, which seems to be part of the ongoing struggle between the employees and our fax machine:
"Come on, now, you're never going to become a copier if you behave like this. You'll have to stay a fax machine forever."
--Conrad, while trying unsuccessfully to send another fax (which, incidentally, I was able to send on my first try ten minutes later).
