Background - someone wrote to the Empire claiming that a teenager they knew had gone to a Planned Parenthood booth and gotten a condom and information about abortion and birth control without (gasp!) being asked if she was married or whether her parents knew she was there. And of course, he pulls out the "Is this what we want for our children?" line...
