It's Only A Paper Rose

Thanks. Yeah, it hasn’t exactly been fun, all the more so because I’ve heard plenty of stories (and had plenty of experiences) of health insurance being absolute dicks, especially over things like extended hospital stays. So there’s a lot of uncertainty there. Luckily my husband works in the healthcare field (he recently picked up a job working for a company that makes a software product aimed at standardizing costs in hospitals and simplifying billing for both insurance and patients), so he has access to quite a bit of knowledge of the field via his coworkers. Plus Rush has a crack team of insurance billing specialists of their own. So I at least don’t feel like I’m going into this entirely alone.
