As with all broad generalizations, it's definitely a flawed one. :)
I observed them move the truck twice today (once for a neighbor who needed to park, and once for a garbage truck to come through), which put a lot of my anxiety to rest—clearly they're used to handling this situation, even if it's not ideal.
