A couple of quick notes before the day is done:

--Today is my brother's birthday. I'm too broke to buy him anything at the moment, but supposedly my mother will be depositing my dividend check tomorrow, so yay for that. I'll also be picking up shoes and jewelry to go with my opera dress, probably off of eBay. ;) As for my brother, well, I saw these mondo-size gift boxes of AXE over at Costco, and they happened to have his favorite scent...

--Speaking of dividend checks, now that I'm getting mine, I've made an appointment with one of the local mechanics to get Marian's exhaust manifold worked on. Looks like I'll be dropping her off on Wednesday afternoon, hopefully to be fixed in the next couple of days. I'm sure she'll be very happy with me. =)

--Beautifully clear night tonight, so after acting class I picked up Juneau-Brian/Bethany/Ian and we all piled into my car and went glacier-watching. Absolutely gorgeous, as expected, though a bit chilly...made me wish I had a tripod for my camera so I could take low-light pictures. Lovely moon, too. Am thinking I'll have to drag Thelonius-Brian out there at some point.

--Am continuing to feel better, and headache is completely gone. Yay for Tylenol.
