My computer appears to have decided that shutting off randomly is fun. This hasn't happened in the middlle of a term paper yet, but it worries me, because I honestly don't see the problem - my best guess is overheating, but it's been doing this while sitting on my desk (maximum air circulation), so I dunno. Maybe one of the fans died, or isn't working properly.

And I've only had it a year and a half. *grumble*

Something interesting that happened this afternoon - I caught a nap between classes, which by all accounts (said accounts being my alarm clock and computer clock) lasted an hour. But for some reason, even though it wasn't particularly deep, it felt like much longer...plus I felt rather refreshed at the end of it. I wish I knew how to do something like that regularly...

In other news, while exceedingly busy, yesterday wasn't as bad as I'd anticipated. I found out that the Valley Express (not as quick as the UAS/downtown express, but faster than the regular bus) goes by the stop outside my music teacher's house about 10 minutes after my lesson ends. Yay for coolness with bus schedules. And working evenings at the library isn't too bad after a long day, even if it is for four and a half hours at a stretch - nights are pretty quiet, and we're understaffed at the moment, so I'm the only one behind the circ counter. Which means that I don't have to shelve books or anything; I can sit at the counter and put my feet up (well, nobody's told me not to) and do my homework and whatnot.

Speaking of which, I've got to head out again at 5. Another five hours of work ahead of me...*makes note to bring schoolbooks* And then, two days off. Woohoo! Maybe I'll head over to JoAnn's and look for a pattern to go with this lovely blue taffeta I bought a while back...I've got one or two, but I'm not sure if they'll do it justice. Hm...
