missroserose...about the similar "make the rich richer" theories shared by Baroque French and current Republican forms of government:
3 billion yards of fabric: $20 billion
300,000 rice-powder wigs: $90 million
Everybody in America looking like they just stepped off the set of Dangerous Liaisons: Priceless.
There are some things money can't buy. For everything else, there's tax cuts.
If anybody wants to make this into an icon for me, I'd be eternally indebted...
