As much fun as I had last night, I'm definitely paying for it today...
I wake up at 7 this morning so that I can catch a ride back into town with Becky and get some homework done before class. Homework doesn't take too long, so I try to curl up and go to sleep, only to be awakened out of a half-doze ten minutes later by a loud banging on the outside of the building - apparently there's a window being replaced. Eventually I give up on sleep and get ready for class, only to have a rather wet feeling in a certain place remind me that it's time for me to start bleeding. And I do. Like a hemmoraging horse (I swear I've seen a couple of pieces of spleen in there). Not to mention the on-and-off cramps (fortunately they haven't gotten too bad yet, but I have this sinking feeling there's going to be at least one large bout before the next couple of days are over). On top of that, over the next week I've got an English paper to revise (which, in this class, basically means re-write), an Astronomy paper to write, a presentation to put together, plus all the usual reading and homework for classes (and little things like eating and sleeping somewhere in between). And I left my copy of Chrono Cross over at Ryan's last night. Oh, yeah, and someone outbid me on the second Dune album, which means that I'm still searching for a reasonably-priced copy of "Expedicion."
I want a bottle of good red wine, I want some Vicadin (preferably not at the same time), I want Chrono Cross, and I want a hole I can crawl into for the next three days, minimum.
Anybody who associates with me over the next few days does so at their peril.
