And let the stress begin....
Mar. 16th, 2004 06:43 pmFirst day of classes after a nice, leisurely Spring Break. My to-do list for the next couple of months:
--Pack all my stuff and move it out of Ryan's grandparents' house (due in 1 week)
--Find someone who has my immunization records and have them mailed to me so that I can move into campus housing (due ASAP, since if I don't have them in a week I'll have to stay on Ian's couch or something until I've convinced UAS that I'm not carrying any strange and/or contagious diseases)
--Have a rough draft (which "should really be more like a polished final draft, except you should be willing to make major revisions") of a 6+ page interpretive research paper for British Literature (due in 2 weeks)
--Have a final draft of the same paper except with major revisions (due April 13th)
--Write a seven-to-eight page paper on whether a base on the Moon or on Mars would be more likely to become an asset in the future for Astronomy (due sometime near the end of the semester)
--Put together a 10-minute Powerpoint presentation on the same subject (due a couple of weeks before the paper)
--Write several poems for Creative Writing (due at various points during the semester
--Put together another portfolio for Creative Writing (due towards the end of the semester)
--B.S. another ten pages or so of deep-sounding interpretation for my British Literature final (due at the end of the semester)
--Do various reading/answer various questions from each class (due at various times during the semester)
--Try to figure out where, exactly, I'm going to be moving once the semester is over and preferably find an apartment there (due at the end of the semester)
--Keep from going beserk from stress, probably through large amounts of chocolate (due continuously)
Apologies to everyone if I'm a bit less than available in the near future...this is probably why.
