Contrary to pharmaceutical companies' assertions, free drug samples go to wealthy and insured patients far more often than the poor/uninsured patients they're supposed to help.

And now, for amusing commentary, we present a redneck we interviewed on his porch:

REDNECK: Well, gee, I done never woulda thought that gainin' brand loyall-tee with them wealthier cuss-toe-mars, it would be more 'portant to these comp'nies than helpin' out us poor folk with none o' dat fancy insurance stuff...
